Hi Brian! Please first describe yourself and your position at nagels!
My name is Brian Rogers and I am a Sales Account Manager for nagels in the Southern and Central United States. I am originally from Massachusetts but have been a Floridian for the past 19 years. I have been in the ticket printing business since 2000 here in the US. I began working with nagels in September of 2015.
What do you like the most about your job?
I enjoy speaking with people from all over the country and helping them with their ticketing needs. Being able to provide a quality solution for customers is a great feeling. Building those relationships with customers that last 19+ years is the best part.
What are the challenges in your daily business?
I think one of the challenges here in the US is that the market sometimes gets strictly price driven. When that happens people sometimes forget there are different levels of quality and customer service from place to place. nagels provides the highest quality materials and customer service at a very competitive price and convenient turnaround times.
Which products and services does nagels offer in your market?
I handle everything from Entertainment tickets to Parking products. So that might be anything from box office/ arena entry tickets and their season ticket books/ sheets to wristbands and parking hangers/ permits. On the Parking side anything from Valet and machine rolls/ receipts, to magstripe and barcode tickets and RFID.
What do you value most about the company/products?
What stands out about nagels the company is we are a tight knit group. More like a family than a company you work for. That can’t be beaten. Regarding the products would be the range of products and the quality. I always tell everyone we manufacture anything and everything.
If you look into the future, what could your sales area and clients expect from you in the next few years and which goals do you personally want to achieve with nagels in the future?
I think my territory and clients can continue to count on me being there for them. I am available 24/7 to them for the most part. I try to lend my print experience and product knowledge to them when we work together to find a ticketing solution that meets their needs. Old fashioned customer service still goes a long way in 2019.
Now let us talk about some personal preferences. Mountains or sea?
Definitely the ocean! I am surrounded by ocean here in Florida and to me it is very calming and peaceful. That is always my preference.
Football or Baseball?
I grew up playing Baseball, but with all of my favorite New England teams to choose from (Patriots, Bruins, Celtics, Red Sox) I could never pick one over the other! They are all Champions, just some more often than others.
Sweet or salted popcorn?
Definitely lightly salted. Gotta watch the sugar and keep the salt intake down as well. So says the doctor anyway. But I do love popcorn.
