Anti-counterfeiting.
Security features protect your product against counterfeiting. In order to make a ticket counterfeit-proof, it is crucial to consider what task it has to fulfill. nagels offers you different options from a simple and cost-effective solution such as dayglow ink or fluorescent fibers in the substrate to holograms via hot stamping. In addition, secure encryption of the product is available for magnetic stripes or RF technologies. The totality of the features used can produce the security you need for your card.

Magnetic Stripe Tickets
UV inks can be used to add another security feature to any ticket. The "invisible" ink only becomes visible under black light. However, simple lettering, patterns, logos and images can also be implemented. In addition, so-called OVIs (optically variable ink) can be applied to the product. OVI printing consists of optically variable pigments that change color depending on the viewing angle and/or light irradiation. Imitation or counterfeiting of these colors is virtually impossible.

Hologram tickets
A hologram is a security foil that can be customized. Any tampering with a hologram is quickly and easily detectable. At the same time, use the security foil as an innovative design element and increase its recognition value. Different hologram variants are available at nagels. Depending on the viewing angle, the image will have a different three-dimensionality.

RFID tickets
Cards and tickets with RFID inlays transmit data contactlessly. This data can be used at any time with a readout device to verify authenticity. The energy required to send or receive data is generated inductively by the reader. The stored information can be used permanently without wear. The design of the cards and tickets can be customized, as with every nagels product.

Safety colors
Magnetic tickets have been a popular solution for storing data on cards for decades. Our magnetic strips can be glued or sealed onto the products. We use HiCo (2750Oe/4000Oe) or LoCo (300Oe) magnetic stripes in different widths. It is possible to place both HiCo and LoCo magnetic stripes on one magnetic ticket.

Fluorescent fibers
Fluorescence occurs when materials are irradiated with light of a certain wavelength and return part of the light. In nagels tickets, we can already embed fluorescent fibers in the base paper to protect your tickets from counterfeiting. The embedded fibers become visible when illuminated by a suitable light source and stop glowing when the light source does. The process protects against easy color copying and scanning of your tickets.
