Your tasks
  • Together with a sales representative, you will be the face of our company for our customers.
  • You will be actively involved in the sale of our products and support the team in all sales-related tasks.
  • You advise both existing customers and potential new customers in a competent and service-oriented manner.
  • You create individual offers, follow them up proactively and accompany the process until the contract is concluded and the goods are dispatched in the ERP system.
  • They analyze customer requirements and support the sales force with their expert knowledge.
  • You always communicate with our customers and the sales force in a friendly, professional and absolutely solution-oriented manner - by telephone and e-mail.

  • You love customer contact and have experience in internal sales or telephone customer service.
  • You have experience in working with international clients
  • You are characterized by your strong communication skills and your flair for sales.
  • You enjoy working in a team and impress with your determination and solution- and results-oriented way of thinking.
  • Your working style is independent, structured and responsible.
  • The confident use of modern IT and communication software (e.g. Navision, MS Office) is a matter of course for you.
  • You have a basic knowledge of English, further language skills are an advantage.
