Your tasks
  • Operation and Monitoring of Machines and Equipment in Post-Press Processing
  • Setting up, reconfiguring, and adjusting the machines according to the production order.
  • Performing cutting, die-cutting, folding, and stapling operations on various print products
  • Preparation of Materials and Equipment for Production
  • Conducting quality controls during the production process
  • Inspection of dimensions, workmanship, and completeness of the manufactured products
  • Packaging, labeling, and picking the finished products
  • Identifying and Resolving Deviations and Simple Machine Malfunctions
  • Recording of Production Quantities and Scrap
  • Performing simple maintenance and cleaning tasks on machines
  • Compliance with labor, safety, and quality standards
  • Supporting the team with other tasks within the Offset Department

Your profile
  • Initial experience in a production, manufacturing, or machinery environment
  • Technical understanding and an interest in machinery and production processes
  • Willingness to learn how to use new machines and processes
  • A meticulous, reliable, and quality-conscious approach to work
  • A strong understanding of numbers, measurements, and production specifications
  • Ability to understand written work and production instructions
  • Physical stamina and a willingness to perform work that primarily involves standing
  • A sense of responsibility when handling machinery and materials
  • Ability to work as part of a team and a collegial attitude
  • Flexibility in the face of changing assignments and tasks
  • Willingness to work in shifts
