Your job in detail

Your tasks
  • Together with the HR Recruiter, you represent the HR department and work as a team to ensure holistic support for all HR topics. A common understanding of all HR processes is important to us.
  • You are the first point of contact for employees and managers on administrative HR issues throughout the entire employee cycle.
  • You maintain personnel master data, keep personnel files and manage working hours and absences.
  • You create and process employment contract documents such as contracts, amendments, references and certificates.
  • They work closely with internal interfaces - in particular with payroll accounting or the works council - and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
  • You organize admissions and departures and support the administrative processes in onboarding.
  • You are actively involved in HR projects, for example in the further development of internal processes.
Your profile
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training in HR management or a degree with a focus on HR.
  • You have several years of professional experience in personnel administration, ideally in a medium-sized company environment.
  • You have a sound knowledge of employment law and apply this knowledge confidently in day-to-day business.
  • Working with MS Office - especially Word and Excel - is part of your everyday life.
  • You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner with high quality standards.
  • A high sense of responsibility, discretion and empathy in dealing with sensitive personnel issues round off your profile.
  • We require very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage.
