Your job in detail

Your tasks
  • You will take on the overall management of our production site and ensure stable, efficient processes.
  • You define clear site objectives (e.g., safety, quality, delivery reliability, OEE) and ensure their implementation at all levels.
  • You establish a binding shop floor and tier meeting system, including clear escalation and decision-making processes.
  • You analyze key figures, identify deviations at an early stage, and derive sustainable measures.
  • You manage resources, capacities, and priorities to stabilize bottlenecks.
  • You initiate structured problem solving (e.g., A3/PDCA) and drive continuous improvement.
  • You are responsible for cooperation and coordination between production, planning, quality, maintenance, and customer service.
  • You ensure compliance with quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • You develop department managers and shift supervisors through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations.
  • You establish standards, implement them consistently across the site, and ensure the long-term effectiveness of improvements.
Your profile
  • You have several years of management experience in industrial production.
  • You have a sound understanding of lean management, key performance indicator systems, and shop floor management.
  • You are characterized by strong decision-making skills, systemic thinking, and a high level of implementation discipline.
  • You have experience in developing leaders and establishing clear responsibilities.
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and impress with your assertiveness and clarity.
  • You have a strong affinity for processes, key performance indicators, and continuous improvement.
  • You act independently, are a team player, and have a confident manner.
  • You are characterized by empathy and understanding, promote a strong sense of unity, and support the continuous development of your teams.
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills round off your profile.
