Consistently high print quality is no accident. It is the result of reliable processes, modern technologies, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
That is why we at nagels regularly review our production and prepress processes and make targeted investments in technologies that further improve the quality of our products. A recent example of this is the successful testing of the new Esko XPS Spark 4835, which we used as a beta customer for several weeks under real production conditions.
The results speak for themselves: greater precision, even finer detail reproduction, and even more consistent flexographic plate production. This allows us to lay the foundation for consistently high print quality and reproducible results throughout the entire production process.
Quality begins before printing
Before a product is printed, the preconditions for a precise print image are established during the prepress stage. The quality of the printing plate has a decisive influence on the final result.
With the Esko XPS Spark 4835, we were able to further expand our capabilities in this area. The LED-based exposure system ensures exceptionally uniform exposure of the printing plates and helps reproduce even the finest details with greater precision. At the same time, it improves reproducibility and process stability in production.
What does this mean for our customers?
These improvements have a direct impact on the quality of our products. Our customers benefit from:
- consistently high print quality
- a more precise rendering of fine details
- greater process reliability
- reproducible results across different production runs
- reliable products for demanding applications
These advantages are evident in many areas of application—for example, in ticketing and mobility solutions, parking tickets, security products, and labeling and identification solutions.
Continuously Improving
The successful trial of the Esko XPS Spark 4835 demonstrates how we work at nagels: We carefully evaluate new technologies and implement them where they create measurable added value for our customers.
Our goal is not to use the latest technology. Our goal is to manufacture products of consistently high quality and to deliver reliable results to our customers—both today and in the future.
